Qi Gong – Outdoors
Qi Gong is a time-honoured practice that focuses on health, relaxation, energy, and vitality. With 5000-year-old roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, Qi Gong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi) or “life energy”. Described as the art of effortless power, Qi Gong is easy to follow, accessible, and a profound body-mind practice. Join us for gentle stretching, energy activating exercises and simple movements for strength and fluidity. Explore tools for re-energizing yourself, attuning to your internal/external environment and learning how to work with your body’s energy system to make it stronger and more vibrant over time.
